My colleague seems to be looking quite green in the face. She had been running to the toilet several times this morning. How do I ask “Are you OK?” in Japanese?

(1) 大丈夫(だいじょうぶ)ですか。
Daijoobu desu ka.

Are you OK?
There are two ways of saying “OK” in this scenario. In the first example, you can say “Daijoobu desu ka.”
Daijoobu means alright or OK and adding ka at the end of the sentence turns it into a question. If you are being asked whether you are feeling OK, you can reply “Daijoobu desu.”
If you are very close to your colleague, you can use a casual version and ask “Daijoobu?” instead. To reply, you can say “Daijoobu.”
