(1) 何（なに）かご質問（しつもん）がありましたら、遠慮（えんりょ）なくご連絡（れんらく）ください。
Nanika goshitsumon ga arimashitara, enryonaku gorenraku kudasai.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
(2) ご不明（ふめい）な点（てん）がございましたら、お気軽（きがる）にお問（と）い合（あ）わせください。
Gofumei na ten ga gozaimashitara, okigaruni otoiawase kudasai.

Explanation

Writing emails in Japanese is not easy so it would be good to remember some set phrases for the beginning or ending of the email. Both expressions are good to use as a set phrase at the end of an email in a business setting.
